We endeavour to despatch all orders within three business days of receipt, subject to the availability of stock. If despatch is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed by e-mail.
The cost of delivery is included in all our products...THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY for UK Mainland.
Despatched using Parcel Companies Recorded Deliveries. This service means that most items are delivered 1 - 3 business days after despatch.
For deliveries outside Mainland UK and Europe, prices on request.
Please note: that a signature will be required on all parcels (international and national). Confirming the goods have arrived in perfect condition or otherwise marked unchecked. In the event your goods do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, you may reject the delivery and another one will be re scheduled upon us being notified.

We take great pride in our individual customer service and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchases from The Classic-pedalcars website, you may of course return them to us for a full refund, unused and within original packaging. We cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty and has been signed for unchecked or damaged.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of your order being placed. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a re-saleable condition. If goods have been despatched prior to your cancellation, we cannot reinburse any of our delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
